This existing 10,000 sf warehouse was renovated to provide
the required space and infrastructure for a new
telecommunications switch center.
The scope of work included the addition of a 2,000 sf DC
power plant, a 1,000 sf control room, two 500 kW generators,
a 1.0 MW service entrance, and a 100-ton N+1 HVAC system.
The project was completed within a compressed schedule in
order to accommodate switchgear installation within three
months after construction began.
