KDW provided an extensive building addition and interior refurbishment of this church’s main Fellowship Hall, along with a second floor classroom/office addition and a variety of related building improvements.

On the first floor, improvements included a new kitchen and entry lobby, a new elevator, and two new interior stairways. The existing Fellowship Hall on this floor was completely refurbished with new paint, flooring, ceilings and lighting, and a new roof was installed over this area and an existing classroom wing.

On the new second floor addition, a new pastor’s office was designed with a private bathroom, adjacent to several classrooms with vaulted ceilings and new toilet rooms. The classrooms were designed with dividable partitions for maximum flexibility--when opened to their fullest, these partitions create a large conference room for larger audiences and gatherings. A new mechanical system was installed to support the building addition and Fellowship Hall.

Outside, a new arcade canopy entry and covered walk provides cover for barbecues and other outdoor gatherings at the front of the building, and the entire structure was given new exterior facade upgrade.
