Clearwater Suites
Boise, Idaho
KDW designed 75 high-end waterfront living units on a
beautiful triangular site overlooking the Boise River. Key
to the project was an exterior design that complemented the
nearby public greenbelt and pedestrian path along the
river’s edge, along with interior design that would attract
and maintain quality tenants. The 50 two-bedroom and 25
one-bedroom units were arranged in 4 buildings around a
landscaped courtyard, and positioned for maximum river
views. From day one, the complex has been 100% occupied.

Oswego Place Apartments
Seattle, Washington
While in the early stages of design, the City of
Seattle’s new L3 code was announced, enabling this apartment
complex to achieve the highest density living space per lot
size in the city. The resulting 24-unit apartment was
recognized by the City of Seattle for its efficient site
planning and design, and continues to be an attractive,
successful rental complex to this day.

Seattle, Washington
Following the success of the adjacent Oswego Place
Apartments, this 40-unit complex was designed to take
maximum advantage of current City zoning codes. The complex
consists of two buildings, each housing 20 two-bedroom units
with separate balconies. To decrease the impact of
additional vehicles in the neighborhood, KDW included
extensive underground parking for a total of 60 cars.
