After conducting a seismic review study in response to the Seattle area 2001 earthquake, KDW coordinated the upgrade to all mechanical and electrical systems for the church and its support facilities.

New Elevator

KDW installed a new five-stop elevator to meet the accessibility needs of elderly members, along with minor lobby improvements. The project was performed without impact to weekend services, thanks to carefully-placed construction barriers, and came in on-time and on-budget.
