KDW has a long history of working with Pemco in the Seattle area. Our work began with the creation of a new 16,000 sf Claims Center, entailing partial demolition to an existing soda bottling facility, along with space planning and conversion of the remaining facility to create new administrative offices, auto inspection, storage and an auction area.

A year later, KDW was retained to provide a comprehensive ADA analysis of four Pemco facilities in the Seattle and Tacoma area.

We then performed a 4,000 sf interior remodel to the Pontius Street facility, involving four training classrooms, restrooms, and ADA upgrades.

Most recently, KDW added a new vestibule for the drive-in area of the Claims Center we initially designed.
