This project began with two floors of extensive space planning, followed by complete interior renovation and staged tenant expansion over two years to accommodate the evolving needs of Microsoft’s Real Estate and Facilities department.

KDW’s initial programming identified users, adjacency requirements, and interaction patterns, from which we developed space plan layouts for both floors. Interior amenities included a new reception lobby, office workstations, break rooms, mail/copy rooms, and private offices, along with multi-purpose rooms, and conference rooms equipped with teleconferencing capabilities. KDW also provided custom casework design, new wayfinding signage, security upgrades, and an additional telephone switch on the second floor.

Careful construction around existing communications and electrical pathways ensured ongoing operation of the facility.
