KDW began by providing site planning on a four-acre parcel for a new commercial, retail, and office facility. Phase I design involved two tenants: A 6,000 square foot restaurant building shared by Blimpie and Godfathers Pizza; Phase II involved a new 24,000 sf retail/office shell.
