KDW is currently in the design phase of building out 32,000 sf of existing second floor space to expand this wireless communication company’s data center capacity. When complete in 2006, this $17 million facility will feature a significantly enhanced equipment space, a new/separate three-story, 14,7000 sf Storage/Mechanical substation facility, an expanded mechanical courtyard, and a second 40,000 gallon fuel tank to provide back-up service to emergency generators.
