KDW provided extensive lobby and security upgrades to seven floors of an existing 20-year old building for a major telecommunications company. The goal was to bring the facility up to current building standards while improving the aesthetic environment for tenants.

The main lobby, and lobbies on each floor of the building were each remodeled with new finishes, artwork, carpeting, carpet insets, wood planters and seating, as well as a more attractive guard desk and directory on the main floor. The security upgrade entailed the installation of card readers and restricted access doors to enable partial building lease out.

KDW met an extremely compressed schedule and came in on budget despite the owner adding to the project’s initial design scope.
