The scope of this project was three-fold: To upgrade the lobby and exterior public spaces of a large regional telecommunications company’s building; to install a security system on all 33 floors of the high-rise building; and to upgrade the restrooms for all leased floors of the building to meet ADA code requirements.

The lobby renovation entailed new carpeting, lighting, furniture, and an upgraded guard desk. Outside the building, KDW upgraded exterior lighting, site furniture, trash bins, and bike racks. By thoughtfully improving the aesthetic appeal of the building’s public spaces, KDW was able to help this client attract new, quality leasing tenants.
