KDW is currently working with the University of Washington to conduct an analysis of two buildings -- a four-story 67,927 sf office building, and a four-story, 99,498 sf parking garage -- with the eventual goal of increasing the University’s Data Center capacity. Upon completion of the study, KDW will continue with Phase II building conversion and renovation, which will include seismic upgrades, mechanical/electrical/fire protection systems upgrade, and necessary building repair.
