Continuous work for the Seattle Athletic Club has involved a
variety of interior remodeling, ranging from the lobby,
conference rooms, offices, and administrative support
spaces, to locker and shower rooms, exercise rooms, and
classrooms.
One
of these projects entailed the conversion of existing
administrative space into a new Pro Shop retail area. The
resulting remodeled area featured over 800 square feet of
flexible display space designed to enhance traffic flow,
promote better product visibility, and boost sales volume,
with restricted access capabilities to secure merchandise
after retail hours.
Since
1998, KDW’s renovation work has met all the client’s goals
for budget and schedule, while avoiding any disruption to
the athletic facilities’ ongoing operations.
