KDW began by providing site planning on a four-acre parcel
for a new commercial, retail, and office facility. Phase I
design was customized to meet the needs of two tenants: A
6,000 sf restaurant building shared by Blimpie Samdwiches
and Godfathers Pizza. Phase II design involved the
construction of a new 24,000 sf retail/office shell,
flexible in design to accommodate a wide variety of various
prospective tenants. |
