This new two-story 7,200 sf addition was designed and
constructed alongside an existing service garage facility
with the goal of providing flexible, lease-ready retail
space.
The upper floor consists of 3,200 sf of administrative
office space, with an interior design scheme that can be
easily tailored to a variety of tenants' requirements. The
lower floor provides 2,500 sf of open warehouse space
suitable for product showcasing and storage, with an
adjacent coffee house open to the general public.
The scope of work included seismic separation from the
adjacent facility, new gas lines, electrical service, and
parking accommodation.
