Our architects and interior designers worked closely together to design an elegant new light-filled entry lobby with a custom front desk, as well as extensive renovations to the administrative office spaces on all five floors of the building. The resulting facility featured an upgraded color palette, new furnishings, new lighting, and tasteful finishes throughout, along with space reconfigurations to provide a more functional work flow for employees. Upgrades to the building's structural reinforcements and elevators completed our scope of work.

By phasing the construction process, KDW was able to maintain the ongoing operations of critical communications equipment throughout the building.
