The addition provides a new entry, administrative offices, restrooms, a break room, janitor facilities, stairs and freight elevators, along with new interior finishes throughout. Systems upgrade work included the replacement of HVAC equipment, a new generator and fuel tank, a City utility transformer, as well as the installation of a new 4,000 sf structural steel mechanical and electrical equipment platform on the building’s roof.

Working closely with the owner and contractor, KDW ensured the building maintained 24/7 operations without any disruption during construction.
